Liv’s Handmade Clothes is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages once shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS and are provided with tracking numbers, each buyer is responsible for tracking their order. We do not give any refunds for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
In the case of an issue with your order, you have 24hrs to contact us, as soon as you receive your package. You will be held responsible for the returning shipping fees. If it goes past the 24 hours you will not receive a refund.
Each piece is made with love & care and is made to order therefor, we don't offer any cancellations.
All sales are FINAL, no returns or exchanges.
